DESCRIPTION:

Phoenix Restoration was an established specialist fire restoration service based in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo, which provided nationwide restoration and recovery services for residential properties in the event of a house fire or flood.

The initial brief to Zetagram* by the client was to design a distinctive and memorable van design to work in conjunction with the sister business, CC Cleaning.

After client consultation, competitor research and analysis, Zetagram suggested that a new logo corporate identity be designed for Phoenix Restoration which could then be adapted for the sister business, and could be described more fully as Casey Carpet Cleaning.

The logo motif was a simple graphic solution of a bird represented as stylised flames, with a classical font selection for the logotype. The design was adapted for the sister company by reflecting the motif and selecting a water themed colour palette instead of the red and orange for the fire theme.

The corporate identities were further extended with emergency/hazard type chevrons for fire restoration and water droplet type spots for the cleaning services.

The fire restoration van design prominently featured the new logo, with hazard line stripes and chevrons to communicate the emergency service nature of the business, and making the vehicle highly visible and memorable.

To extend the business images, business cards and letterheads were designed, with promotional brochures, postcards, and XHTML web pages to present information and contact details and encourage enquiries.
